What are your return and exchange policies?
We can accept return and exchange if:
>The items received is incomplete.
>The item is damaged when received.
>The item is incorrect.
The dress should be in its original condition with the shipping label
Please do not return any item without letting us know first! We will not pay for the return shipping fee.
You have 7 Calendar days to ask for the return and exchange upon receiving the item. After 7 days we will assume that you are satisfied with the item already and nothing is wrong with the order.
We will evaluate and inform you of the result of the return and exchange once proof has been provided.
Kindly provide the following information:
-Your order number
-Photo of the defective item.
Shipping cost is always non-refundable since we've already paid the courier and can't even get the money back ourselves.
thankswynona does reserve the right to deny or decline any return request.
Once you emailed us all the information needed and we were able to evaluate, we will process it in 2-3days.
Refund will be through BDO Bank transfer for COD customers.
Paid customer will be refunded back to the same Credit Card or Debit Card used for the payment.
Thankswynona will not shoulder any return fee if it was not communicated to us. That is why it is really important to let us know first so we can provide instruction in regards to returns.
